I applied online and got invitation to the personal interview after 2 weeks. I was interviewed with 2 people - one director and one manager. Both were quite cold (not so passionate) during the interview but they were both impressed by my CV. The interview questions were based on my CV, no tricky questions. They also showed quite professional. After the interview, I feel that I nailed it. However, I have not gotten any feedback after 1 month so I decided to call the manger. The I was told that because of internal hiring freeze, they cannot hire any one for this role for 3 months or even longer. It was a pity for me because I truly like the position and the environment there.
