Send your CV (according to the company's requirement) on the official website, and wait for the call.
Their HR responded quite soon (within 2 weeks if I did not remember wrong).
Then you'll have an interview invitation once you pass the CV screening process.
There was an onsite written test before the interview.

Question 1
I did not like the written test for the marketing side. It did show how well you learn from marketing courses yet not your ability(it's more about memory.)

Interview
After sending my cv per email I was invited to an interview in Darmstadt. I had to prepare a self-presentation (10 minutes) with a week in advance of notice.
The interview was with a person from HR and two from the area I was applying for. It started with a delay and as soon as I entered they started to make jokes of the company I had worked for previously which was not at all professional.
When I was presenting, one of the people of the area was barely listening and clearly showed that he had no interest. The other person of the area was actually nice.
I did not receive an offer after the interview. I wrote an email asking if it was possible to receive a feedback of the interview but never received an answer...
