Quick to schedule interview with HR and hiring manager. But super confusing at the expectations for the role. I was told by hiring manager that I was exactly what the role needed and the next steps would be to interview with the team to see if I was a right fit for them as well. However, I never heard from them. Interesting how I was told I was a great fit but I was then ghosted. I did get an odd reaction, for me not being at my previous companies for as long as these hiring managers have been at Kao. I would say be prepare to answer that well or else you will be judged. It doesn’t seem like they know and understand that the industry is quite different in other places (Los Angeles to be specific); it’s the wild Wild West out here.
