Initial communication was through HR department, then communication with interviewer, came down and interviewed within a week, met with manager and higher up, one week later background check, was followed by offer, flexible start date to allow for move to a different city
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaplan (New York, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
I was approached from within the company and it took about 3 weeks to hear back about the interview and to actually get the offer. It was very quick and I had the opportunity because I worked part-time for Kaplan at that time
