Once you've submitted your application, you'll be contacted by the hiring manager and you'll have a one-on-one interview. Then you'll be invited to join training program, which lasts abot 4 weeks. During this program, you learn all of the Kaplan methods for teaching the course in a virtual classroom with other trainees. Each one of you will be responsible for preparing the lesson of the day, and will be chosen to teach a random portion of the assigned chapter.

None of the interview questions were unexpected, given the type of position this is. Mostly just questions about why you want to teach that course specifically, or how would you handle a disruptive student.
The interview process is the same as the other description from other interviewers. 2 rounds was my experience. You may be expected to some traveling or commuting for the job.
