Interview
In front of a group of ten other applicants, I presented an 8 minute presentation on a topic of my choice using a white board. The presentation was to test our general teaching skills and, I assume, to see whether we could potentially serve as effective and engaging teachers in a future classroom setting. Also, minimum SAT scores (90th percentile) were required to get the interview.

Question 1
What will you do if it is clear that 1 or 2 students do not understand a particular topic and the rest of the class is ready to move on to something more advanced?
Three steps: audition, technical interview, and interview with hiring manager. You can be progressed directly to technical interview depending on your application. In the technical interview you're asked to prep some SAT questions to teach back to the interviewer, who respond as a student would. The final interview is just a regular interview.
