Interview
It starts with a phone interview asking about your prior teaching experience and standard questions related to the job, such as if you have reliable transportation. There is a thorough description of what the job details and its benefits and how the entire application/training process will proceed. Next is a in-person interview that includes a 10 minute presentation, where you are to give a mock lesson to an employee. I found all the staff very friendly during the process, making the interviews enjoyable.
