I filled out an online application, then responded to e-mails to set up a phone interview. The online application required that I submit my resume and submit standardized test scores. I had them handy since I was applying to graduate programs at the time, but I imagine that this would be a nuisance for someone who has been out of school for a while.

Interview
I found the job posted on craigslist and applied. I was reached out to by a recruiter and submitted proof of my SAT scores and was invited to do an audition. This was online and took about an hour total including practice runs, prepping the questions, etc. I was then invited to schedule a Technical Interview with one of their current teachers. The interviewer spent time pretending to be a student and having me teach the problems to them that I was given to prep ahead of time. They also asked some general situation-based questions. From there I was invited to a hiring manager interview and offered the job. Everyone involved was very professional, friendly, and seemed to love the company a lot, which was a big reason I accepted the job.

Applied online. Then recorded a four-minute presentation of an example SAT problem. After passing that portion, set up a skype interview where I had to present two more SAT problems with the interviewer pretending to be a student. Then, he asked me a few typical interview questions. After passing that part, I had a second skype interview with the regional manager who asked some standard interview questions.
