It's been 5+ weeks since my initial interview and I haven't heard back yet. No rejection email or follow-up, even after I had sent a thank you/follow-up email. Being a Recruiter myself, one thing companies want to make sure as they build their employer brand strategy is considering the candidate experience, especially when you preach it during the interview.
