Phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by a 6hr offline technical exercise. After the technical, there was a (currently virtual) on-site with members of the Analytics, Molecular Biology, and Medical Affairs groups. There were 5 on-site interviews. About half of the interviews focused on technical questions, assessing how you would approach different types of problems (similar to ones you would work on as part of the company), while the rest were more about discussing the company goals/directions and your background.
