I first had an interview with the Director of Data Science. I was then given a take-home technical assessment (to be completed in 4 hours). After the assessment, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with the VP of Medical Affairs. All interviews went well. The recruiter said that he would work on scheduling my next steps (which is a series of 5 interviews with different directors). This never happened, even though the recruiter kept emailing me every week telling me that he was still working on this. A month later, I got an email saying that the position had been filled. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience working with the recruiter. He was 15 minutes late to my interview. He was unorganized and not completely honest/transparent about the whole recruiting process. Considering that I invested a lot of time/efforts into the technical assessment and interviews, I just wish that I was treated with more respect and with more transparency. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
