Head hunters found me and arranged for a phone interview which consisted of the lead developer and PM on the phone. Took about an hour and was somewhat technical with some questions that require thought. After the successful screen I was called in on site to interview with the manager and the same lead developer & PM on site. The PM & lead dev talk was brief since we already talked before. Then the manager was a whole different story. He asked me two questions and after I gave the solutions he started going line by line and describing how I am wrong and how I don't know to program. The rest of the interview was more like an interrogation, why I became a developer if I can't program etc. Overall very negative experience with the manager.
