I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kasasa (Austin, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online, though I can't remember which 'social job board' site it was. This is the only non-design role I've applied for following graduation. That being said, the position was located in Austin and I knew it was a position I could handle easily. I didn't make it past the first conversation with a recruiter, however I'm 75% sure that's because I priced myself out of it immediately. Either way he was very candid, which I appreciate, and took the time to contact me when it was determined I was not being selected for the next round. I very much appreciated that as it not only felt like a personal touch, but so many other employers will simply 'ghost' you (even when they've directly specified they'll contact you either way). I found Kasasa to be very professional.
