The same recruiter contacted me three times. He scheduled recruiter screening round 3 times within 3 months. Every time he gave me same reply at the end of the call that he will share my resume with hiring manager, and will get feedback by end of the day, and never replied. In the every screening round he forgot that we already had this call before. At least I explained him and dropped email as well. Again he gave same reply, that he will get my profile reviewed by hiring manager, and never replied. I do not know how come the hiring process can have such small mistakes ? This is really demotivating as well as waste of time. It also shows poor management as well poor process. The actual technical interview process never started for me.
