Spoke to the recruiter, who was late our scheduled call by about 20 minutes. I did not hold it against them too much, since coronavirus has made everything a bit more difficult.
The conversation was very easy and basic. It was pretty much just a screening to talk about past experience and future career goals.
At the end of the conversation, the recruiter said that I would be scheduled to have an interview the next day with a couple of the directors at the company.
I was completely ghosted. This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been a part of.

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
