Interview
They have a 5 stage interview process, but it should take no more than 10 days to finish the whole thing. 1st- Recruiter Screening 2nd- Hiring Manager 3rd- Director 4th- VP 5th- In person, meeting the team The only good experience was with the recruiter, they are very helpful. However, the rest of the hiring team share something in common, which is lack of respect to the candidates. Massive red flag. They expect people to be creative as well as doing what are told with zero flexibility. They expect people to be coachable but not willing to give coaching. Very interesting to see the senior sales people in this company not being able to show any empathy, yet taking their aggressive sales culture to a personal level. Looks like a very toxic environment.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
