One of the worst recruitment experiences I’ve had. After my first interview and an online assessment, I was invited for an onsite interview with the hiring manager. However, when I arrived, she wasn’t there and offered to interview me over the phone instead. I asked to reschedule, and the recruiter only did so after I followed up, with no apology—just a standard email.
During the rescheduled interview, it was clear they were prioritizing candidates further along in the process, even though my delay was due to their mistake. The whole experience was frustrating, and I sensed a toxic environment. The hiring manager complained about constant last-minute changes that staff had to adapt to, and the company is fully onsite.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya in Sep 2025
Interview
Very straightforward, clearly defined steps and no suprises. The interviewers were very transparent and fair - while making sure the standard was adhered too they did so in a very methodical and communicative manner.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya (Dallas, TX) in May 2025
Interview
They initially weren't going to interview me, because I was out of state and unable to come to the office for the interviews. Because of my sales training, they made an exception and moved forward with a virtual interview process.

Overall, I think they had a strong intuition of my skillsets and were able to tailor their communication around my background.
