Multi-Level interview with controller, finance manager and telephone interview with director of finance of North America. First stages were behavioral and situational and the last was entirely technical. Early portions of the interview were easy as long as you had appropriate experience but once it became technical, being able to answer random questions that relate to the job is pivotal to landing the position.
