Very positive employees. In order to apply for Nordic offices, there is no need to apply via general system. It is possible to send a direct email to the contact indicate din the page of the Nordic offices. It took them just one week to process my CV and invite me for the interview. Interviews day is always Friday, all year long. Most important to be prepared for interviews, the office suggestion is to be familiar with Case in Point. The cases are not difficult, but it is extremely important to be able to structure well. Practice cases as much as you can.

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
