It followed a very conventional consulting interview process. There are no surprises and all were conducted virtually. It started with four to five casual yet quite evaluative coffee chats with managers and partners then progressed to 2 case interviews and 1 fit interview

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
