Kellanova Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online. Had a phone interview with the recruiter, and moved onto a panel interview over Teams with the hiring manager and a manager from another division. Interviews went well, everyone was very friendly. Due to the holidays upcoming at the time, they said I'd hear back around the first of January. After that point it was total radio silence. As this was my first choice job, I put off several offers. Emails and phone calls to the recruiter and hiring manager did not get returned, and almost two months from my interview, they finally flipped my application on the career website to "unsuccseful." All in all, an incredibly dissapointing and unprofessional application process. I understand people are busy, but even a one sentence email saying they were moving a different direction would have been very beneficial to me during this job search.

Pretty straightforward interview process. After applying online, you start out with a phone screen. After that you'll do a phone interview with your 5-7 basic interview questions. Then you are taken to an onsite interview with more basic interview questions. Nothing too extensive.
