Overall, KW Moorestown left an extremely unprofessional impression on me, as they offered the position and promptly rescinded it after we discussed pay. The job description said "From $20/hr", which really just means $20/hr with no room to grow based on experience. The pay offered is, in my opinion, very low for what the position entails and what they were requiring. On top of an already low salary, there are no healthcare benefits, one measly week of PTO & sick time COMBINED, and as described by KW, no real HR department. How can you expect anyone to accept the lowest bar and be happy with it forever? The market center owners need to come back down to Earth, lower their expectations, and raise their wages.
