      Interview

Meet for lunch and discussed the current conditions of the market and what both of us could do to prosper in it. Ask about the office atmosphere. Discussed all the splits and other office procedures. Finished lunch and agreed to start a partnership with them.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2014

      Interview

Met with broker/owner and he offered a skills assessment tool that Keller Williams uses to determine style and preferences. Assessment tool did not take too long to take and the results were presented to me right away. The interview process should be easy if you are serious about real estate, you'll be accepted unless there is some issue preventing them from offering you an opportunity to work there.
