Keller Williams Realtor interview questions

The interview process begins with an introduction with the Team Leader (Office Manager). This is when they go over expectations of being a Realtor and working within the brokerage. Then they will go over agent splits, different opportunities as a new or continuing agent, and finally a tour of the brokerage.

Pretty seamless, simply had to fill out all the info to become an agent with Keller Williams as the broker. I would definitely ask a bit about your first sales and what the commission split looks like for those vs after you have had a couple under your belt.
