Interview
The first interview I was never sent the link for the interview. It was rescheduled with a different Recruiter and she was late. She Clearly did not like me, i greeted her as soon as she joined. As soon as she saw me on video she looked at me with a disgusted face , paused , then said “um hi” , after seeing her facial expressions, I just knew I wouldn’t get the job. I still stayed and answered all questions even though i felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. I was extremely nervous, but i answered her questions as best as i could. She asked to see the room I’d be working in if hired and after showing she said “you have a lock on the door?” When i know for a fact she saw It did NOT have a lock. I proceeded to tell her no and she cut me off as I was about to tell her I live alone. She continued talking about interruptions and lock on the door is a must. The position was for bilingual customer service rep and she didn’t even ask if I spoke Spanish. She spoke most of the time explaining the job requirements and about the training. She asked about 4-6 questions and they were all pointless. Her energy was toxic and i wouldn’t want to work anywhere that has people like her working. Unprofessional doesn’t come close to what that lady is. I Received an email 2 days later informing me I did not get hired.
