I applied online and I received a response about a week or two later. I scheduled a phone screening interview. The recruiter let me know that she will get back to me in a few weeks. About three weeks later, I was contacted again for an in person interview. Since I was still away in school, we scheduled it for the week right after graduation, when I am back home. The office seemed small and quiet, but it was pleasant. I met with three managers who asked me simple interview questions. All three were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They were very understanding if you know very little about what the company does, and they even explained to me in detail. Do your homework though, don't go in knowing nothing because they will ask you what you know about the company, and it is always nice to have at least a general answer, instead of just saying "no i have no idea". There was a short test that they gave me, looking at accounting books. If you have an accounting degree, or any finance knowledge, you should be fine. Interview lasted about an hour and a half, and I was on my way home. Sent each interviewer thank you notes as soon as i got home, and about a week later, received an offer.
