Worst interview I've ever had. Pathetic. Can't remember if the interviewer's name was Anna or something else. The interviewer did NOT know what job I was applying to and admitted she did not read my resume. They put in zero effort to build rapport and only asked 5 basic behavioral questions. She would ask a question and then mute herself. She did NOT allow me to ask any questions about the role. Overall the worst interview experience I've ever had. Extremely disappointing as I was genuinely interested in this role. I later found out this was her first HR job and she was less than 3 months new to the company. If that's the case, then why is she making decisions of who is qualified or not?
