We are constantly reviewing our recruitment process to ensure it is a positive experience for our applicants. For some of our roles like this one, we have candidates interview with individuals from other departments that they support and work with on a daily basis. These interactions allow candidates to interact, ask questions and get a good feel for the company, the role and how it fits within the organization. We realize it can be an extensive process however, we have high retention rate amongst these roles and attribute it partly to this process.
