I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kennametal (Bengaluru) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was selected through campus placements. Initially, a written test was given Technical as well as Aptitude; followed by Group Discussions. We had 2 interviews. College interview was with GM-sales. Asked basic questions related to Mechanical Engg (Manufacturing Processes). 2nd interview was with MD and HR Head India. On a general level, the interviews were more about the appetite of the candidate rather than job oriented.
