I first spoke with a recruiter to do a phone screen. My second interview was with the hiring manager. Both were a delight, and kept saying that they needed to hire someone "yesterday." I felt confident that the process would move fast. After not hearing anything for over a week, I reached out. I was told that another recruiter was responsible for the role and would be reminded to reply to me. Another three weeks went by, and no reply came. Honestly after what felt like two really good interviews on my end, I felt like I at least deserved a "canned response" email that they had moved on with other candidates. It was truly disappointing. The only other communication I've received from the company was a survey about my interview experience. I was only too happy to provide feedback.
