Question 1
I had to give a detailed overview about my job experiences starting with college.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kennametal (Mount Pleasant, PA)
Interview
After I had applied, I received an email confirmation of a telephone interview with Human Resources. Following that phone interview, I was later called and an interview was set up with the head of that department. I conducted that phone interview and then had an in person interview lasting three hours. Unfortunately, after being told a decision would be made in a week, I never heard from the company. I tried to follow up with the company, but my responses went unanswered. The end process was not very professional, as I was informed that I would be told either way when someone was hired. Disappointed in the professionalism of the company.
