Interview
The whole interview process took over 6 weeks. I had a zoom interview and a panel interview all for them to keep updating me that I am still a top candidate. After waiting 2 weeks, they finally reached out and told me that they have reposted the job to broaden their applicant pool. ??? confused, just tell me NO from the beginning why keep stringing me along telling me I'm a finalist to just add salt to the wound at the end to tell me they have reposted the job. Disrespectful and not professional.
