Applied online in early August. Received an email from the internal company recruiter who scheduled and conducted a phone interview. Received the next day a request for a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and incumbent of the position. She was leaving the company which prompted the search for a replacement. Within the first two minutes of the Zoom Video interview, it was obvious the intent was to end this quickly. The hiring manager gave a rapid-fire summation of the company while discreetly checking the time. The incumbent simply sat there as if she was in a Doctor’s office waiting for her turn. She said absolutely nothing even when the hiring manager asked her if she had any questions for me. When it came time for me to ask questions, I focused on the young lady who was currently in the position and it was like she had no idea what I was talking about.
