Screening with a recruitment agency, leading to first round interview, psychometric&aptitude testing, followed by a presentation and finally a phone interview with a Director.
The recruitment screening interview was more like a first round interview with in-depth questions about current experience, competency based questions, a probe into current weaknesses and future aspirations. From this, I got a good sense of what they were looking for and that if I was a fit for the company and role I would progress to the next round.
The first round interview was with what would be my senior and HR on site (Kerry HQ, Naas). This interview mirrored the recruitment agency interview but in further detail. Competency based questions, no real 'curve-balls'. The tone was quite laid back and I was comfortable speaking as myself (as opposed to overly professional interviews where a certain language is usually required that sometimes stifles the point you would like to make). The interview panel were receptive, engaging and encouraging. My advice here is show your personality.
Once successful in the first round, I was to take some psychometric testing, straight forward and there's no right or wrong answers, just your personality. I would recommend a good deal of practice on the verbal & numeric skills before taking these tests if applicable.
The second round interview was a presentation format, I was given a week to prepare a 20 minute presentation on a role related sentiment. This went well, the interviewers were just as engaging as the first round. Read the brief carefully.
I then had a call with a senior director, going over some interview questions. The tone was friendly and informal, I think this tone echos the company ethos, they seem to be very people focused.
A job offer was made approximately two weeks after the final round phone interview.
