I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kerry (Wisconsin Rapids, WI) in Sep 2025
Interview
Consisted of three stages: HR, Hiring Manager, on-site panel of upper management.
After completing the entire process, company ghosted me. Completely unprofessional to cut all communication with candidate, then re-post position. At the very least send an email.

Question 1
What is your experience with continuous improvement?
I applied online. I interviewed at Kerry (Listowel)
Interview
Had a pre screen with HR before being progressed to a technical interview, standard questions, all was fine. For the interview a HR person in Kildare set up the Teams meeting so that I was automatically muted when I joined, and I did not have the option to unmute myself. The 2 technical managers were obviously less than impressed. HR rang me a day or two later and spoke down to me, blamed me (so they obviously never admitted to their mistake) and offered me “one more chance” for a repeat interview. I turned it down. If that’s how they treat potential employees I dread to think how they treat actual employees
