The process is the typical process, followed by most companies in UK when it comes to graduate schemes.First the online application, where you include your education, previous experience and reply to some standard questions(Why Kerry, why this programme, why FMCG).After that you are invited for a numerical test,if you pass it,you are then invited for a verbal test and finally a situational judgmental test. The test are not easy, however I believe that the cut-off rates are not extreme as I did not do so perfect and still passed.A video interview followed, where you are asked 5 questions in total, they give you some time to think about it and then you have a specific time limit to answer. The good think is that beforehand they contact you and give some hints on what to expect on the questions asked. They asked what are the challenges in the sector right now and how me working at the organisation can contribute to its prosperity. Finally, if successful they invite you to the final stage, the assessment center. They are quite generous, as they payed my traveling expenses and booked a room for my at a nearby hotel. They also give you one day ahead an excersise which in my case,it was a budget where you had to find some missing figures in a budget(actual vs budgeted). However it was quite plain and straightforward and the difficult part was to find ways to explain these deviations.A group presentation followed, where had a case study, where we had to decide on doing some R&D investments, or switch to local suppliers or not with ultimate goal the short-term profitability of the firm. Finally, I had a panel interview with an empolyee from the HR department and a senior financial controller. There I was asked mostly behavioural questions, questions regarding my MS office knowledge, and discuss further about Kerry group.
