- Two day process. Arrive on day one, meet fellow candidates and given a presentation on the firm. A presentation brief is then handed out and you go away to your hotel room and prepare for it. In the evening you attend a meal where you meet their current grads and ask any questions you may have. - Day two: Presentation / Group task / Interview. Give your individual presentation to two assessors, followed by a Q and A on your presentation. Group task set was quite hard, got the impression that fellow candidates did not understand the task set either. Interview relaxed, started off by discussing your CV before answering some competency based questions. Surprised that the interview was not more about your motivations and interests in working for the company.
