The interview process was rather long and intense, received many questions of the behavioural and situational type but people were really kind to me. They know you can be a bit worried so they will take care of making you feel safe while speaking. I would say the process is no different from the one of the majority of companies out there

It was a really positive experience, everyone was really nice and the hotel was amazing.
Hiring process:
1. Psychometric test (I found them pretty easy)
2. Video interview (main ratios, impact of the economic situation on Kerry, what would you bring to us)
3. Final assessment center:
a) present a variance analysis in front of hr and a manager (the variance analysis was the assignment given some days before)
b) group discussion on a case
