Interview
Assessment Centre. 3 stages. First a 15 minute presentation + 10 minute questions. These questions were very generic, and you're not supposed to get very technical on the presentation. Then, group activity. They put a brief up to read for 10 minutes and then you discuss. In my case, we had to discuss what priority we would give to 3 different possible projects. Last, interview. Normal competency based questions.
