Interview
The first step involved completing an online application form, general background as well as reasons for application etc. I then completed a series of online psychometric tests including a verbal and numerical reasoning test. The next step in the process is a video interview, which was based heavily around the role itself and what I understood about it. If this is passed an assessment centre is the final stage. However, I did not get past the video interview.

interview process is what you would expect from any interview. all behavioral questions that focused around how you deal with adversity. two people were present during the interview. both were finance employees.
