Interview
This was just a telephone interview -- she started off by introducing herself in a very friendly manner, asking a few administrative questions, before moving on to the competency based questions. They asked about Kerry, why Kerry, and what I knew about Kerry, why this particular programme within Kerry etc. Then she asked about my competency, examples of my work, and why it was relevant. She guided me along to the right answer on occasion if it seemed like I was struggling.
