Interview
I had a first call from HR and after that I have two different interviews. My feeling was that all interviews were really good, even the interviewers told me so but then I waited for a month and had no offer so after sending two emails I got an answer saying that they decided to continue with another candidate and they already informed me, which is not true.
The process and the interviews were good, but the final communication was not existent.
I felt like I spent too much time and effort on this application and they didn't even get back to me after three rounds.
