I applied online and completed an online aptitude test, which was less maths-based than other graduate programmes which I liked. I then progressed to a video interview which was challenging but manageable. The final round was an assessment centre in Naas. There was 10 of us invited to the assessment centre, which consisted of a presentation, group discussion, and individual interview. I found the interview informal and comfortable - the assessors made me feel very relaxed. The questions were mostly CV-based and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my past experiences
