First applied online and was contacted less than two weeks later about setting up a phone interview. The phone conversation was very straight forward and more of a conversation rather than the typical Q&A. I then was asked to come in for an interview where you get the opportunity to speak with a panel of employees who were involved in the same department as the position. Once again the conversations were very relaxed and you have plenty of chances to ask questions which they encourage greatly.
