I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2010
Interview
Submitted online CV via Irishjobs.ie and did not hear back for a number of months. Got a call out and email out of the blue and was told that I had to do online aptitude and psychometric testing (given short notice to do those tests by a Saturday night deadline).
Once that was complete then I was brought to an interview onsite with three people. One HR and two from the business. This was quite a challenging interview with one person from the business playing bad cop and the other saying nothing.
Had another interview with another person from the business. This was more of an informal chat than anything else to make sure that you meet or fit with the culture off their team.
The last step was a medical with a doctor.

2 interview process with different hiring managers. Talent Acquisition were pleasant to deal with and quick to respond to any queries. Overall, an efficient and good process from the offset.
