There was the intial phone call and the face to face interview- pre-covid.
Usually you woudl have to wait a week, but they needed the position to be filled urgently so the offer didn't take long.

Question 1
What is your knowledge in the food industry that will become the future research ?

Interview
Interview onsite with HM and HR 30-45mins.
Straightforward questions on background, CV experience and what skills and values I would add to team.
Followed a short period after by short assessment trial in laboratory making a product using the equipment and ingredients available.
