Interview
The interviewers really try to help you throughout the process and want you to succeed. First there are some tests you do online, then there is a mix of standard questions in the phone interview combined with some behavioral interview questions. Nothing out of the blue, just check the qualities they look for and prepare for the questions regarding that quality that could be asked. The last step of the process is the assessment center, which is again a mix of exercises to see how you behave in different work situations.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2021
Interview
Program was for operations role. Interview was multiple stages. First stage was recording short answers in video form. Second round was a multi hour remote interview session. This included a traditional interview with 2 people. Then a simulated group work session. After that, they had us present an idea we had for Kerry which we had to make slides for. Overall, the process is way too extensive. However they provide good feedback. This taught me not to engage with interview processes which are this long. But, it did help me for future interviews regardless.
