The hiring and interview was pretty straightforward. Myself, personally, was interviewed 3 times. One on the phone, one at the hiring plant, and one at the headquarters. The phone interview was somewhat similar to the STAR format. After the general questions, it was all casual and very friendly just to get to know me. The 2nd interview was at the hiring plant where I met the hiring manager and the plant manager. It was also pretty casual, reading off the resume and asking questions. For the third interview, they actually flew me out to Wisconsin to interview with some of the upper management. All expenses were paid. I met with a few of the senior managers and it was mostly another casual interview to get a feel for my knowledge and experience.
