The HR will ask u to do the Self inductions. Then they will ask general questions like why do u choose this major and not really specific on ur professional area. But they do will request u to explain the definition of what u do. I think the best way to present urself is trying to lead the conversation to ur professional area and present the previous experience. The previous report or document which not including sensitive info will be impressive like website u build up, training workshop. Then it is department leader interview. They will ask u to prepare for a 15 mins presentation based on a chosen topic. The topic will be info through email one night before and it is based on a business case from the company. For example, if u apply a manufacturing department position, the case will be a producing question. There are several question will be presented as well. The interviewer will ask question after presentation. They try to understand u and if they happy with what u think they will ask the period u wanna stay in the company.
