They asked theoretical questions about dealing with difficult employees or how I overcame mistakes or hurdles. They did not ask about my previous experience It was a nice interview. All was good
They scheduled the interview outside working hours (5 PM) and it finished at around 6.30 PM. I think the hustle culture is really high there since they are willingly to do overtime. They also asked a lot of technical question during interview.
